Operational guardrails for Ebizan.

Service Scope

Ebizan provides invoicing, inventory, analytics, and collaboration tools (“Service”). We may enhance or modify features from time to time while maintaining backwards compatibility and reasonable notice of major changes.

Customer Obligations

  • Ensure your team complies with applicable laws when storing data.
  • Do not reverse engineer or resell Ebizan without permission.
  • Maintain accurate billing information and pay fees when due.

Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime excluding planned maintenance. For critical incidents, we communicate via status.ebizan.com and WhatsApp support lines. Credits may apply if availability drops significantly in a billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

Ebizan is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits. Direct liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
